Due to the weather forecast, we’re moving this Sunday’s Belfast Jazz Orchestra event from Barrow Square to St Joseph’s, Sailortown.

Join us for the last of our Sundays on the Maritime Mile in Sailortown as we welcome the fantastic Belfast Jazz Orchestra to Barrow Square for an afternoon of live music, swing and dancing!

Formed in 1990, the Belfast Jazz Swing Orchestra is a 20-piece band dedicated to performing and celebrating the classic Big Band swing sound.

Under the musical direction of Victor Currie and featuring Chair and lead vocalist Caroline Brown, expect an afternoon packed with brilliant live jazz, timeless swing favourites and plenty of opportunities to get up and dance. 🎺🎷🎶

From the brilliant Pluckin’ About and Electric Reels to the fantastic Currach Circus, and so many more incredible performers, there has been music, energy, laughter and community around every corner..

The Fleadh has been a fantastic addition to the story of Belfast — creating new memories, bringing people together and reminding us of the amazing spirit that makes this city so special.

📢 Fleadh Cheoil Fringe Update – Friday 7 August

Due to a private funeral taking place in St Joseph's, Sailortown on Friday 7 August, our Fleadh Cheoil Fringe programme at the church has been cancelled for that day.

We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding as we respect the family's privacy during this time.

🎶 The music will continue nearby. Join Oliver Havlin & Friends for an afternoon of traditional music from 1pm-3pm at:
