NIGRA NIGRA has moved forward and now hosts a communications forum for all gay groups in Northern Ireland to exchange information and ideas https://acomsdave.com/].

NIGRA is the oldest gay rights organization in Northern Ireland. Since its conception, it has sought to ensure ‘GayRights’ means enhancing the rights of anyone oppressed on account of their -actual or imputed – s*xuality. We now publish articles that are of interest both locally, nationally, and internationally from a wide range of sources related to the LGBTQI+ people’s lives = all topics that we think might be useful for our community and its supporters. You've seen Garrett Hedlund's face even if the name takes a second - he was the lead in Tron: Legacy and the golden-boy quarterback on Friday Night Lights, exactly the kind of rising heartthrob a studio builds a career around. Then in 2012 he took a role most actors being sold that way would have hesitated over.

The film was On the Road, adapted from Jack Kerouac's classic Beat-generation novel, and Hedlund played its restless center, Dean Moriarty - a character written as openly bis*xual. Dean's most explicit scene in the movie is a paid hookup with a traveling salesman, played by Steve Buscemi.

He didn't treat it as a dare. Director Walter Salles cleared the set for the cast's most exposed scenes and let the actors improvise, and Hedlund has talked about letting a character's recklessness carry him.

And the salesman isn't the only man in Dean's orbit. On screen he also shares a kiss with the Allen Ginsberg character, played by Tom Sturridge - the current between them, Hedlund said, was right there in the screenplay.

Now 42, Hedlund has stayed proud of a role a lot of leading men would have kept at arm's length.

Ryan Phillippe is 52, and 9-1-1: Nashville has cast him as the man who makes every other man in the room nervous.

The full season two trailer landed on Monday. He walks into a crime scene in a black T-shirt stretched across his chest, badge on his belt, sunglasses on, and Chris O'Donnell's fire captain asks the only question anyone watching was asking: "Who are you?" Phillippe's answer, "Metro Police," is somehow the flirtiest line in the trailer.

He plays Detective Rogue, a New York homicide cop who has moved to Nashville. Showrunner Rashad Raisani told TV Insider he is a "seductive bad boy with a past," a maverick who gets under Captain Don Hart's skin, befriends Don's very handsome son Ryan and may have history with Don's wife Blythe. So: annoying the father, charming the son, unsettling the mother, for a whole season.

He has been doing this to audiences since 1992, when he played Billy Douglas on One Life to Live, the first gay teenager on American daytime television. Then came 54 and Cruel Intentions, and his cut 54 scene with nothing on turned up on a new release of the film only two weeks ago. A cold-eyed cop in a tight shirt is a return to form.

9-1-1: Nashville already had one designated shirtless man in Hunter McVey's Blue. Season two premieres Thursday, October 15 at 9/8c on ABC, and now it has two.
