JOB SUMMARY

The Head of Service is responsible for ensuring the delivery of an effective and professional Human Resources (HR) service with a specific focus on HR Analytics, Governance and Workforce Information.
The post-holder will lead on matters, both strategic and operational, in relation to Data Analytics and workforce information in the BSO, providing specialist advice, information and analysis, as well as having lead responsibility for the management of key HR information systems

Payroll ensure that employees across the HSC are paid effectively and efficiently.

They provide a vital function that supports the efficient running of the HSC. The team’s work includes:
• Processing new starters and leavers
• Processing timesheets
• Uploads of enhancements from Electronic Rosters
• Family Leave and Sickness payments
• Responding to employee queries

JOB SUMMARY
The postholder will support the delivery of end-to-end recruitment and selection activities, ensuring processes are completed accurately and in line with agreed best practice processes, protocols and procedures. Provide administration support and assist in resolution of escalated issues coming from the Recruitment and Selection Shared Services Centre.
