We have reached the month of June!

There are lots of exciting events taking place over the coming days:

Tuesday 2nd June: Football Fun Day – pupils can come to school wearing a football kit or their PE kit

Friday 5th June: P4–P7 Sports Day (starts at 9.30am), followed by the Summer Fair in the afternoon

Wednesday 10th June: Summer Concert at Fitzroy Church at 6.00pm

We are hoping that the weather remains dry this week! Parents and Carers, please keep an eye on Seesaw and the School App for any updates.

Important information for our Year 7 parents 👇🏻

If you are awaiting the outcome of your child’s Post Primary application, you will receive notification this Saturday, 9 May.

Parents who applied for their child's transfer from Junior to Senior High School under the Dickson Plan (14+), will receive notification of their outcomes on the same date.

If you applied online or provided an email address on your paper application, you will receive an email from EA.

Paper applicants who did not provide an email address, will receive a letter to their home address.

Parents who have a child with a Statement of Special Educational Needs awaiting placement will be updated by their SEN link officer when a placement has been secured. This process may take a little longer as we work to find the best placement for your child’s needs.

📢 Next Monday, 23 March, the outcome of Pre-School (Stage 1) and Primary 1 applications for September 2026 admissions will be issued to parents and carers.

Applicants who applied via EA Connect will receive an email. If you do not receive an email, please check your junk folder. If you did not apply via EA Connect a letter will be sent to your home address.

For children yet to secure a Pre-school or P1 place, you will receive an email or letter from the Education Authority.

📢 Please note, pre-school applicants of underage children and late deferrals will receive their outcome on 19 May 2026.
