There is an ongoing gas leak in Flax Street beside Hillview retail park. NI Fire & Rescue have been liaising with residents in the nearby vicinity and have advised them to remain indoors and keep all windows and doors closed until told otherwise.

Emergency services are currently in attendance at Hillview Retail Park in North Belfast

Day 4 of Social Housing Week is all about value, wider impact, and pushing beyond the expected. That’s why we’re shining a light on our Glenavy scheme and its innovative use of Energy Cloud technology.

By integrating Energy Cloud technology from the build stage, surplus renewable electricity is redirected to homes to provide free overnight energy, including hot water.

This forward-thinking development delivers warm, comfortable, and affordable homes while supporting a low‑carbon future for Northern Ireland, combining sustainability, innovation, and real savings for tenants.
