Just 1 place left for Aquababes Level 1 starting Saturday 5/9 - 17/10 at 9.45am Bardwell School Pool.

This unique program is the best way to introduce a little one to the water.

The program is done to music, in a lovely warm environment, making it the best start for Parent and Child.

In this Level your child will start to learn about, breath control, buoyancy and balance, floatation, building water confidence and enhancing a bond between Parent and Child or Grandparent and child.

I have just a couple of places left on the Aquakids Beginners Parent & Child Summer Intensive Course starting Monday 24/8 - Friday 28/8 at 9am-9.30am Bardwell Pool Bicester

Or

A couple of places on the Improvers course, same date at 9.30am-10am. This course is for children who can swim 10m unaided on their front and back with good breath control. (Parents are not required to get in for the Improvers class)
Front Crawl, Breaststroke and Backstroke is taught on this course.

Hi

I’ve got a couple of spaces left next week for the Aquakids Summer Intensive courses.

9am - 9.30am Aquakids Beginners Parent & Child.

9.30am -10am Aquakids Improvers ( This is for children who can swim 10 metres on their front & back unaided with good breath control, swimming with their face in the water blowing bubbles and either lifting or turning their head to breathe)
This class teaches Front Crawl, Breaststroke & Backstroke.

10am -10.30am Aquakids Beginners Parent & Child SEN class.

Hello my lovelies

Well Summer is well and truly here and working in this heat can be stressful and exhausting, so why not wash off the working week with this class.

Ai Chi classes every Friday at Bardwell pool 7.45pm

You’ll feel relaxed and ready for your weekend after this class, so why not give it ago.

Just like in the story of Goldie Locks & the three Bears, the water is not too hot, not too cold but just right, along with relaxing music with gentle exercise to gets rids of any stressful week and cool your body to the right temperature.

No getting hot and sweaty in this class to tone your body and stretch out any achy and tight muscles.
