Last year we had a family come for the day to learn simple dressmaking. Making a no pattern skirt which is my go to for me and the girls and a simple pair of PJ bottoms. No skills but went home with 2 new items of Clothing.

This is a seque into my new Skool community (link in bio) launching this week. Starting with a free community to discuss simple self sufficient ways to live, save money and slow down and paid subscription and online courses to follow.

I want my 22 years of knowledge to reach a wider audience and give meaningful help for us all to live better save money and experience the joy of slowing down. The added bonus is your eco footprint gets reduced.

Have you ever wanted to make your own soap? Completely controlling the ingredients and saving yourself and your family money on something you use every day?

Our soap courses are run by Sarah Harper of The Clovelly Soap Company who has been an award winning soap maker and teacher for over 20 years.

Our one day course in Clovelly will give you a wonderful and relaxing day out meeting new friends and making 21 bars of soap to take home.

The course includes all materials, your own reusable soap moulds, lunch and afternoon tea. We can cater for most dietary requirements.

Our studio has plenty of parking, disabled access and a disabled toilet.

Super excited for tomorrow. Our first Natural Make up workshop and it will be so much fun! I have been playing with ingredients and tweaking recipes and the ladies arriving tomorrow are going to go home with some gorgeous products all natural. I am actually thrilled I can finally have a lipstick exactly the shade i want. Have been hunting for years.

I am so pleased to announce that our Shabby Chic Furniture Painting class starts again next May. This was such fun course to teach and always enjoyed by everyone. On this course you bring along a small piece of furniture and go home with it painted and distressed using Annie Sloan and Colourman chalk paints and waxes

It starts on 16th May when hopefully we will have sunny days for outdoor sanding! The course includes lunch, afternoon tea and all materials you just need to bring your piece of furniture and yourself.
