If you need support with domestic abuse, our confidential drop-in session is taking place tomorrow (Thursday 25th June) at our Partnership Building, Birkenhead, CH41 5AA

There’s no need to book - just come along when you feel ready and ask for Cece when you arrive. You’ll be met with a safe, supportive space and someone there to listen.

Sessions run on the last Thursday of every month, 10am–4pm.

With temperatures set to rise this week, hot weather can affect anyone, so please take care of yourself and those around you.

Some useful tips to stay safe:

🥛Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.
☂️Stay out of direct sun where you can.
🌞Try to avoid being outside during the hottest part of the day which is normally between 11am and 3pm.
🪟Keep curtains or blinds closed in sunny rooms and spend time in the coolest part of your home.
🆒Small steps can make a big difference.

Our drop-in sessions offer a safe, confidential space to talk and get help. They take place on the last Thursday of every month at our Customer Hub, Partnership Building.

Contact centre update 💬

Our Contact Centre team will be taking part in training this afternoon between 1:50pm and 4:15pm. During this time, our phone lines will be transferred to our out-of-hours provider for emergency calls only.

We’ll be back up and running as normal after this time.

We’re reviewing our Responsible Pet Policy and would really value your feedback.

Pets can have a really positive impact on wellbeing, and we want to support customers who wish to keep them, provided they are well looked after and mindful of those around them.

This policy explains how we approach things like requesting permission to keep a pet, what responsible pet ownership looks like, and how we manage situations where pets may cause disruption.

Your feedback will help us make sure the policy is clear, fair and reflects the needs of our customers and communities

Many non‑emergency repairs can be reported through MyMagenta, our customer portal 💻 - meaning you can log repairs and book an appointment at a time that suits you. It’s quicker, easier, and only takes a couple of minutes.
