πŸ“’ Help Shape How We Share Information with You

The Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs) are being introduced to help social housing customers access more information about their landlord. As we prepare for these new requirements, we want to hear what matters most to you.

What information would you find useful? How would you prefer it to be presented? And how often would you like it to be updated?

Complete our short survey on Magenta Voice and help shape how Magenta Living shares information with customers in the future. Join Magenta Voice to take part in the survey and share your views.

πŸ—“οΈ The survey is open now and closes on 7th September 2026.

Give your boiler a summer workout 🏠

We know it’s still officially summer, and your boiler is probably enjoying a well-earned rest. But before the colder weather arrives, please switch your heating on for around 15 to 30 minutes to check everything is working as it should.

If your boiler makes a strange noise, refuses to wake up, or if your radiators don’t warm up, please report it to us as soon as possible.

Please report any boiler or heating problems to us by calling 0808 100 9596 and we'll arrange for it to be checked over before you need to start using it.

Reporting issues early can help us fix any hidden problems now before colder weather arrives, giving you peace of mind that your heating will work when you need it most βœ…

🏑 Have your say on our Draft Neighbourhood and Communal Spaces Policy

We're reviewing our Draft Neighbourhood and Communal Spaces Policy and would like your feedback.

By taking part in a short survey on Magenta Voice, you'll help shape the final policy and make sure it reflects the needs and experiences of our customers.

This policy explains how we'll work with customers to keep neighbourhoods, communal spaces and parking areas safe, clean and welcoming for everyone.

Your feedback will help us:

βœ… Make sure the policy is clear and easy to understand
βœ… Set fair and reasonable standards
βœ… Reflect the needs and experiences of our customers
βœ… Support safe, clean and welcoming communities

The survey is completely anonymous and only takes a few minutes to complete.

πŸ“… Survey opens: 20th August 2026

20/08/2026

We know that feeling safe in your home and community is important to you. Through customer feedback, our Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) helps us understand how customers feel about the way we handle anti-social behaviour and where we can improve communication, support and partnership working.

Our latest TSMs show that 59.4% of customers are satisfied with our approach to handling anti-social behaviour.

We know there's more work to do, and we're committed to improving how we communicate, provide support and work with partners to tackle issues that matter to you and the wider community.

As part of our partnership working, we recently secured a successful outcome in Birkenhead, helping restore safety and reassurance for local residents after serious anti-social behaviour impacted the area.

By listening to customers, taking action and working together, we're continuing to build safer communities for everyone.
