We currently have vacancies in our supported accommodation for individuals with additional support needs.
📍 Available Rooms:
X2 Female Only Rooms which are located in South Birmingham in the same property
x3 Male Rooms which are located in South Birmingham in the same property
We also have other vacant Rooms in the below areas:
Northfield
Bartley Green
All rooms are located in HMOs (Houses in Multiple Occupation), offering:
A private bedroom
Shared bathroom, kitchen, and lounge areas
📝 Applicant Requirements:
To ensure we provide the right support and environment, applicants must:
Be in receipt of benefits or working part-time
Have support needs
Be contactable via phone or email – please let us know your preferred method and a suitable time to reach you
Provide a landlord reference, if applicable

Each room comes with:
A single bed
All bills included – Council Tax, Gas, Electric, Broadband
External CCTV for added security
Maintained communal areas and garden
