We’re working with a growing care provider looking for experienced Domiciliary Care Managers to help launch and develop brand new services across the UK.
If you’re an experienced care professional who enjoys building services, developing teams and taking ownership of a new operation from the ground up, we want to hear from you.
The Opportunity:
-Launch and develop a brand new Domiciliary Care service
-Support the setup and growth of the service within your local area
-Recruit, lead, and develop a high-quality care team
-Ensure services meet all relevant regulatory and compliance standards
-Build relationships with commissioners, clients, families, and local professionals
-Drive referrals, growth, and high standards of person-centred care
We’re Looking For:
-Experienced Domiciliary Care Managers across the UK
-Strong understanding of care regulations and compliance
-Confident leaders who can build and develop new services
-Commercially minded with the ability to support service growth
