So it is about time we told you of the final figure for Round Table Rocks 2024, and just in case the Euro 2024 Semi Final doesn't go our way we thought we would leave you with some good news for sure.

That's right, when all the dust settled and the counting was done, invoices paid and pennies counted and recounted we found out that we had raised a total over the event and on the day of £2,370 for Anthony Nolan!!!!!

This is huge, not just for the amazing amount that you lot helped us to raise putting this new and awesome event on, but also because it raised the profile of the talented individuals we have in the 4 clubs around the UK and Ireland! Plus we were not even sure we would raise £1, let alone this amount, it is just superb and so humbling!

We hope you enjoyed the day as much as we all did running it, and hopefully see you again in 2025......

Hold on to your hats, we are about to drop an email to you all (that registered an email address) for feedback from RTR 2024!

Please give as much feedback as you can, the more the better, just in case we run this event again so we can look to improve where needed, or keep doing what we did right!

Whilst we have a bit of downtime following yesterdays epic first ever Round Table Rocks one day family festival, we just wanted to take the time for some thanks and share an awesome pic we grabbed from backstage of our legendary stage manager Jonezy during his set!

From its beginnings that came about during National Conference Bournemouth 2023 between Adam and Andy through the meetings and getting the core team with Sophie and Jonezy on board, to volunteers coming forwards to help out during the day, and you guys buying tickets and helping to raise around £2,100 from this event and day for Anthony Nolan, it’s been one brilliant journey!

We’d love a few thanks, firstly to all of the fantastic acts that took part in this event, all of the craft stalls that could be with us during the day, the crowd that came and supported us, the amazing AV team we had for the day, the staff at Stoke Prior Sports & Country Club and of course our fantastic RTR team that made sure everything ran smoothly for everyone that spent the day with us even when we had slight challenges during the day!

But before we get round to sending out the feedback forms and looking at what this all means for the RTR team, we need to ask….

We went to collect raffle prizes from a nearby brewery (oh so fresh) last night and ended up adding another volunteer to our roster. Great news too as he comes with banners that happen to match our amazing event!

If this isn’t the definition of friends with benefits we don’t know what is! Maybe it’s time to watch some Netflix, and chill out?!
