🗣️ "I was diagnosed when I was 21, back in 2013. I found a tiny lump — honestly, smaller than a garden pea."

Meet Matt - Goundsmen at WBA & a cancer survivor.

“Since joining Mark’s class I have found that I am capable of doing some exercises I didn’t think I could have done before.
He set me a schedule which was easy to follow & exceed.
The other members of this team are now friends, which makes going to the gym more motivational & I look forward to every Thursday morning! Gym time!!”

“I find the group very uplifting, speaking to other members of the community who have experienced similar diagnoses.
It’s very encouraging to be with others who understand the after effects of cancer treatment & seeing the progress that can be made after having cancer.
It gives you help coping mentally as well, this is a good service”

I’m going to be posting up some feedback from people who have attended my classes. As not a lot of people know about the class & it’s benefits, hopefully it can reach anyone who needs it

I can send these out to people if needed
