Green watch carrying out water rescue training at a local reservoir.

Please stay safe around open water, don’t enter it as you can easily get into difficulty and there are no life guards there to assist you

🚒 Help us to help you during these hot and dry conditions.

🚫 Tonight, we are urging the public NOT to use barbecues, have garden bonfires, continue to be extremely careful around the water and to extinguish ci******es properly.

📞 We have had a lot of 999 calls today due to a number of incidents related to the weather - thank you to those who've reported fires to us - please follow and share our advice tonight to help keep you and those around you safe.
