We have been busy celebrating here at SIFA Fireside.

Without our amazing team of volunteers, our work supporting people experiencing homelessness in Birmingham would not be doable.

We marked the occasion with a bit of a kick at our World Foods Buffet, to celebrate our lovely volunteers and say thank you for the incredible work they do, all year round.

SIFA also said an emotional goodbye to our long-term volunteer Iain last week, who will undoubtedly be missed. From cooking up a storm in the kitchen to hosting cookery classes for our clients in temporary accommodation, Iain’s impact has been huge!

Thank you so much to ALL our incredible volunteers, for your hard work and dedication.

Update: SWEP has been extended in Birmingham until Friday the 29th of May! 🔥

The Severe Weather Emergency Protocol (SWEP) has been activated until May 27th so SIFA Fireside's Support Centre will be acting as a shady space until 4pm today.
