Merry Christmas from everyone at Sarehole Mill.

We are open this weekend (Saturday 27th & Sunday 28th December).

We recommend a refreshing walk through the Shire Country Park along the river Cole with a stop in at Sarehole Mill to learn about J.R.R. Tolkien's childhood haunt, spot the herons on our tranquil mill pond and see the water wheel turn in this fascinating 18th century water mill.
The perfect opportunity to walk off a bit of the Christmas celebrations.

Book your tickets here or drop in between 11am and 3.30pm.

Open Friday - Sunday, 11am – 4pm.

Pumpkins are taking over Sarehole Mill! πŸŽƒ

On Saturday 25 October, explore the candlelit grounds to find all the pumpkins and see them floating in the darkness of the Mill Pond.

There will also be the opportunity to take part in Halloween-themed craft activities in the festoon-lit courtyard and to bring in your own decorated pumpkins to add to our pumpkin patch.
