Our residents had a wonderful time decorating some fantastic England-themed cakes and cupcakes! From flags to football-inspired designs, everyone enjoyed getting creative while sharing plenty of laughs along the way!

Activities like cake decorating encourage creativity, support fine motor skills, and provide a great opportunity for socialising and reminiscing together. Best of all, there was a tasty treat to enjoy afterwards! 😋❤️

Today we had the pleasure of meeting baby Abel 👶, bringing lots of smiles and happiness to our residents 😊💙. We also enjoyed a relaxing afternoon reading magazines 📚☕ and chatting about the stories and articles that caught our eye.

Activities like these help promote wellbeing 🌟, encourage social interaction 🤝 and provide valuable mental stimulation 🧠.

Yesterday, our lovely Olive and Activities Coordinator Barbara paid a special visit to the Angel Trust to present the incredible funds raised for their wonderful charity. 💙

It was a pleasure to support such an important cause, and we are delighted that the money raised will help make a positive difference in the community.

A fantastic achievement and a moment to be proud of! 👏✨

Being Resident of the Day gives our residents the opportunity to enjoy some extra special attention, choose activities, share memories, and feel recognised for the valued members of our Castlebank family that they are.

This morning we were joined by the wonderful Olive and the team from Castlebank, who presented us with a very generous donation of more than £130!

This donation will help to fund our community services that provide direct, effective support for those in need

They also enjoyed a lovely cuppa in our Beehive Coffee Shop + Pantry!

Today we have thoroughly enjoyed sharing our very first Famileo Gazette! It was wonderful to read the latest family news, see photographs, and reminisce together. Seeing the Gazette brought a lovely smile to Olive’s face and sparked lots of conversation and happy memories. ❤️

Today at Castlebank, we enjoyed a fun and engaging quiz session together! Residents put their knowledge to the test, shared plenty of laughs, and enjoyed some friendly competition along the way.

Quiz activities help to stimulate memory, encourage social interaction, boost confidence, and support cognitive wellbeing while providing lots of enjoyment for everyone involved.

🎳 We have enjoyed a fun and competitive game of skittles at Castlebank today! There was plenty of laughter, friendly competition, and great team spirit throughout the afternoon.

Games like skittles help to promote physical activity, improve coordination and balance, encourage social interaction, and support overall wellbeing.
