Our Apprenticeship Preparation Programme is aimed at giving 16 to 18 year-olds the opportunity to develop the skills they need to find, and succeed onto an Apprenticeship or into employment.

This means:
> Finding you a high-quality work placement, giving you a taste of the real working world
> A guaranteed employer reference to support you in finding an apprenticeship or full-time role after the programme
> Work preparation, including practical workshops that will equip you with the skills needed to begin your career
> English and maths support (if you need to improve your grades to apply for an apprenticeship)
