At our last parade evening of August, cadets were presented with their awards and promotions.

Junior Cadet Maya was presented with her Rowing Taster Certificate, Earthshot Challenge Certificate and was also presented with her Red (Unit) Modular Badge and Blue (Waterborne) Modular Badge.

JC Maya was also promoted to Junior Cadet 1st Class.

Leading Cadet Katie was presented with her awards and a memento of her time with TS Mohawk.

Leading Cadet Katie received her Offshore award, BTEC Level 2 and Duke of Edinburgh Gold.

The following cadets were presented with their promotion.

Junior Cadet Arijanna has now been promoted to Junior Cadet 1st Class.

New Entry's Theo and Logan have been promoted to Cadet Rate.

Cadet 1st Class Louise has been promoted to Ordinary Cadet.

LCpl Maksymilian received his 1 year Good Conduct Award.

At our August Divisional Evening cadets were presented with their awards and promotions that they have been working towards.

Our 2nd lot of awards go to the following cadets who completed their Rowing Taster during our Boating Season.

New Entry Alfie, Junior Cadet Theo, Recruit Jack, Cadet Hannah, Junior Cadet Adam, Junior Cadet Arijanna and Junior Cadet Sami.

Junior Cadet Theo also received his Paddle UK Start and Paddle Safer awards and his RYA Power Boating Level 1.

Able Cadet Thomas was also presented with his RYA Youth Sailing Scheme Stage 3 award.

At our August Divisional Evening Cadets were presented with their awards and promotions that they have been working towards.

Our 1st lot of awards go to our Juniors.

Junior Cadet Theo, Junior Cadet Arijanna and JCFC Luan were both presented with their Blue "Waterborne" Modular Badges.

A huge thank you to the ELMC - East Lancashire Masonic Charity! 😀

Our Royal Marines Detachment would like to express their sincere thanks to the East Lancashire Masonic Charity for their generous grant.

This has enabled us to purchase new daysacks and bergens to support our cadets during training!

Support like this makes a real difference to the experience and development of our cadets and young people in our community.

This is just one part of their kind grant, and we look forward to sharing more of the equipment and opportunities it has made possible in the near future.

Yesterday, cadets from TS Mohawk braved the heat and proudly joined local dignitaries for this year’s Civic Sunday celebrations with Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council.

Congratulations to the new Mayor of Blackburn with Darwen , Councillor Mahfooz Hussain, on his appointment. We wish him every success during his mayoral year and look forward to supporting at his events!
