Happy Birthday Gemma 🎂🎁🎉
A massive birthday shout out to our very own Gemma.🎂🎁🎉
Gemma is employed by the college as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) but words cannot fully express how reliable & valuable Gemma is to the UPS Staff team, our UPS students and support she gives to our Blackpool FC and Fleetwood Town FC academy players.
Gemma always goes the extra mile to help our students and is always a message away to assist the LML Staff team throughout the academic year, with any practical or classroom based activities.
Every effective team should have someone like Gemma (but she's ours so don't try pouch her). She supports students without hesitation and is always willing to help them achieve their higher grades or push them to keep going during weekly fitness and practical lessons.
Gemma is always on hand with ice packs, tissues or cups of symphony. She sings are praises so much with the staff at Sainsbury's in Thornton Cleveleys, that they supported us with drinks and refreshments, again for our Passing out Parade and charity football match last week.
So it has without a doubt that Gemma was rewarded for her kindness and hard work with a special recognition gesture from the UPS Staff, during our Passing our Parades. She is an essential part of the team and plans are in place to kidnap her from the Student Support and Wellbeing team, to keep her for ever!
Gemma, you are one of a kind so all the Staff and Students in LML wish you a fabulous birthday and would like to thank you for everything you do...have a lovely Birthday 🎉🎁🎂🌟
