Our story

Northern Community Pathways provides semi-independent accommodation and outreach to 16- to 18-year-olds. Whether we’re working with young people who are almost ready to be independent, or those require further support, we try to equip them for the brightest future possible.

We currently operate with young people who are leaving care in the North West of England. We provide young people with the resources and support they need to transition to full independence, through semi-independent group living, one-to-one housing or outreach.
