Milton Buzzard MCC

Milton Buzzard MCC Milton Buzzard MCC is a thriving motorcycle trials club in Milton Keynes with it's own dedicated practice ground. Who are we?? What do we do??

Newcomers and advanced/pro riders and everyone in between are welcome. We have many advanced riders but also an active training scene :-) Milton Buzzard Motor Cycle Club was founded in 1977 by a group of enthusiastic riders who saw a need for a club with a piece of land to call their own. All the other clubs in the area were restricted to a few sites which the land owner would allow them to use w

hen holding a competition, but not for practice. Working with The Parks Trust they gained the lease of Mount Farm and set about developing this land into a trials ground. With many years’ work now completed the land has been landscaped to suit the exacting demands of trials riding and remains almost unique in this country as a permanent trials facility. Milton Buzzard is essentially a riding club club for trials riders. We don’t have any age restrictions, young and old are more than welcome. Indeed the youth section of the club is very active, with a summer evening series of events being especially popular. Entries of youth riders to all our other competitions are also very healthy and growing. We run about eight Trials competitions per year , together with training days which are held regularly through the year. Each trial is set out by a team of dedicated club members usually on the day before an event and three levels of rider ability are catered for. Our trials cater for all abilities from the raw beginner up to seasoned expert. Experts will be asked to ride over the stiffest of routes with a slightly easier route for clubman/novice riders. Finally for the beginner, an easy route is also provided. Youth trials riders have the option on what route this wish to ride based on their age and ability . All three routes will usually be asked to ride a total of ten sections four times and the whole trial will usually take about four hours to complete. The results of each trial go towards a club championship with an open championship run alongside this for members of other clubs who enter our events. Many of our members just want to ride for fun and the social side of trials riding and have no wish to compete, that's fine all are welcome, that's what Mount Farm is for.

Mount Farm ground closure notice.
Dear Members, Mount farm trials ground will be closed with no access to the riding area from 2pm Friday the 28th November until 11:45am Monday the 1st of December.
This is due to ground works to complete the winter section extension. The only reason for the closure is due to works taking place in the entrance gate to the ground.
**We would be grateful and welcome some people to assist us further on the Sunday armed with rakes and shovels if you have them to scatter some aggregate around the existing rocks that the digger will not reach and help flatten out any hard-to-reach areas. (This will be directed by a committee member on the day) **
Strictly voluntary of course! I am sure there will be people eager to help given recent communications on various channels. We look forward to seeing you there!
We apologise for the inconvenience of the ground closure but needs must to ensure this works can be completed.
Sunday Volunteers would be welcome from 10am please 😊
Thank you
Kind Regards
MB Committee

Hi All Milton Buzzards trial on 20/10/24 at Mount Farm is now live on Sport 80.
It will be a reasonably easy trial set up under stop allowed, (slightly more challenging for the experts!) so come along and have a great time with your mates! I have included the very easy green route for adults as a class as well.
Please bring your own refreshments as no burger van in attendance.
Thanks Karen

Three counties bike trial will be hosting their first ever pilot Bicycle trial competition at the Mount Farm practice grounds on the 25th of august 2024. On this day the Grounds will be closed for practice sessions between 9am and 5pm.
Anyone is welcome to take part in the event, all skill levels and bicycles are catered for.

For ticket sales and all additional information about the event please use the following link:

It would be great to see some of the motorbike trials riders have a go and support. White and Green routes can easily be ridden on a Mountain bike and are an excellent test of balance and precision which will carry over from the motorbike trials.

I will also send relevant email to the club members later today
