We are a home support and care company specialising in providing support to survivors of Traumatic Brain Injuries(TBI) and Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI). We set up as an independent provider, registered with the CQC, in January 2020 following the withdrawal of all services by the Rehab Group, Momentum Care, in England whom we worked for since 2007. Prior to this we managed the services for Headway Northumberland.
The Directors consist of Paul McKay, Registered Manager, and Ingrid Norris, Deputy Manager, who have worked together as a management team for over 20 years supporting and caring for TBI and ABI survivors in Day Care and Domiciliary Care settings. They have also managed a successful Community reintegration programme for the last 12 years allowing their client base to access and participate fully in their local communities. Between them the Directors have over 50 years’ experience of working in the care sector and set up the company to ensure continuity of care to all their client base.
The staff team is a close knit team, many of whom have worked under the Directors in the voluntary sector for many years, ensuring they are well trained and dedicated to their clients and their individual needs. Since registering with the CQC under the Momentum banner the Director’s services have always been consistently rated as good.
If you are looking to work in the care sector, either as a new employee to the sector, or you want to work for a dedicated employer who recognised the value of their staff and ensures they are fully trained please contact us via email at [email protected] or via our address.
