Our newest Delphy visitor has been joining in with today’s apnea lessons and hanging out on the pontoon with Nicky 🕊️

He arrived looking a little tired and thirsty with his little racing tags on, had some water, supervised the diving for a while, then sat soaking up the sunshine like he owned the place

Apparently Delphy is now a rest stop for travelling pigeons too

All wild spa sessions are now 1.5 hours giving you plenty of time to swim, sauna, hot tub and slow down properly on the pontoon between dips

Friday 29th May at Delphy Pool ✨

A full evening of wild wellness, free swimming, good food and slow moments by the water.

Free swimming from 4pm onwards with no booking required.

Our 1.5hr wild spa sessions will also be running throughout the evening alongside our 3 hour Breathwork and Soundbath wellness event for those wanting a deeper reset.

Molinos food truck will be with us all evening serving incredible food.

A reminder that free swimming is completely free of charge and open to all.
All other activities require booking via the website.

Turns out I never properly introduced our beautiful new wellness studio at Delphy because I was apparently waiting for the perfect Instagram shot… and this very much is not it 😂

So before I overthink it for another three months, here she is. Our soft little sanctuary space on the edge of the moor for breathwork, yoga, soundbaths and slowing down for a while.

We also have a beautiful new offering coming soon focused on therapeutic me time for mothers because sometimes you need somewhere to simply be held, breathe and refill your own cup for once 🌙

This weekend at Delphy
Typical up and down Cornish weather in all its glory and we’ve got plenty happening across the wild spa all weekend long.

Friday afternoon kicks things off with spa sessions running throughout the day.

Saturday morning join us for our Dawn Chorus Soundbath and Wild Spa session
Three hours of indulgence including soundbath meditation, sauna, hot tubs and cold water therapy.
This session is currently on offer until Friday, see our other post for the booking link.

Sunday we slow things down with a relaxed lunchtime wild spa session and a free herbal tea included.

Freediving coaching levels 1 to 2 also available for club members throughout the weekend.

Let’s hear it for this Monday’s Delphy dive squad

Honestly we cannot wait to spend the summer with all of you. Not just those who made it down last night but the whole wider Delphy community too.

We’ve built such a beautiful group of water people here. Different ages, different backgrounds, different experience levels but all connected by the same love for the water, adventure and slowing life down a little.

Watching friendships form, confidence grow and people fall in love with the ocean all over again is probably our favourite part of all this.

Spearfishing isn’t just about the hunt, the wetsuits or the guns.

For us it’s about connection. Learning the tides, understanding the sea, foraging from your own doorstep and turning a catch into something incredible to share around a table.

There’s something special about eating food you’ve gathered yourself from cold clear water only hours before. Slowing down enough to appreciate where it came from and the effort behind it.

Learn to dive at Delphy in calm sheltered water, build real confidence and freediving skills, then head out into the ocean with Oli to put it all to the test in the real world.

Adventure, sustainability, community and good food. That’s what it’s really about.
