The Eternal Forest Trust / Coedwig Boduan

The Eternal Forest Trust / Coedwig Boduan Woodland burial site Over 200 people and 60 pets have been buried in Boduan Sanctuary Wood by The Eternal Forest Trust.

The Charity also holds artistic, educational and social events in the wood, to which everyone is invited.

Thank you to our lovely volunteers who turned up once again to help us in the woods today.

There were 13 of us in total and in addition to enjoying Bella's pie, Tracey's flapjack and Justine's muffins we cleared paths, tackled brambles, collected seeds and even re-mapped an area of the woods.

This volunteer day felt extra special because we worked together to tidy bluebell, in particular one area where my very lovely Granny will be laid to rest in a couple of weeks time.
So a very personal thank you today to our volunteers from myself and my family, we appreciate everything you do!

Happy Thursday!!

Just a quick post to remind you all of the regular volunteer day this weekend (Sunday 2nd August).

We will be in the forest from 11am until 3pm and are hoping to tackle some more brambles and tidy the paths!!

So please come prepared in appropriate clothing and we’ll see you there.

Another successful volunteer day in the bag!
We tackled brambles today and boy did we tackle them. The bramble pile was almost as tall as Bella by 3pm.
We also munched on Bella's pie and Tracey's scones and blackcurrant flapjack.
Thank you to all of our lovely volunteers who attended, I only manged to photograph a few.
If you fancy joining us, our next volunteer day will be Sunday 2nd August.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our annual Midsummer Party last weekend.
The weather also got the memo this year and remained glorious for the duration.

As we had plenty of children's activities left, they are still in the shelter. If you visit with a they would like to hunt for the Gruffalo and his friends or take part in a colourful scavenger hunt, please help yourselves to supplies.

The brambles are really enjoying the weather, so if you have a few hours to spare please join us for our next volunteer day on Sunday 5th July between 11am and 3pm so we can tackle the beasts!

Don't forget about our monthly volunteer day tomorrow!
Our lovely Bella be in the woods from 11am until 3pm and would love to have your company.

The sun is shining through the windows this morning and boy am I pleased to see it!!

Attached is the latest Newsletter from our lovely Bella, please excuse any small errors in the Welsh one if you give that a read, in order to get it out to you before the weekend I translated it myself and my Welsh is no comparison to our lovely Bet’s who usually translates the newsletters for us.
