Arun District Council has launched a public consultation to help shape the future of its Public Spaces Protection Orders (PSPOs) for dogs in public places, and we're seeking your views.

The current PSPOs, which are due to expire on 5 November 2026, set out rules to help keep public spaces clean, safe and enjoyable for everyone. The council is proposing to extend these for a further three years, with some updates based on feedback and operational experience.

This is your opportunity to tell us whether the existing rules should continue and where changes may be needed.
