What a great morning walk along the canal with a pit stop at Fredricks Ice Cream & even squeezed in a quick play on the park for the kids at the end 😃

Great to see some regular faces & hope to see many more over the next few months .

Come and join MFB Team on Sunday 30th July!! All ages and abilties are welcome. This will be a canal walk with a stop off at the famous Frederick's Ice Cream at the half way point. See you all there for a chat and a good bit of exercise 😀👍

What a journey, the team rolled into Bolton town hall for 13:30 right on schedule!
We where welcomed by family friends and supporters at our two set RV points, only to roll into the square to be greeted by all of the towns Armed Forces celebrations, we where even met by some relatives of the original WW1 928 Bolton Tommys!

We saw some amazing places along our route, we met some amazing people too, for all those who helped, supported and encouraged us along the way, we thank you.

A huge thanks to all our sponsors too! Without them it wouldn’t have been possible.

Final push from Manchester to Bolton

The team have enjoyed an evening in London at the Union Jack Club. Today we will catch our train from Euston to Manchester kindly donated by Avanti West Coast. From there we will enjoy our final rest, tending our wounds ready for our final walk in the morning (Saturday 24th).
