WHAT A DAY! 😓

Well… that was certainly the toughest day in Open Air Bounce history. We’ve never experienced technical difficulties like we did today.

We’d like to say a huge thank you to all of our guests who visited us today and were so understanding, patient, polite and gave kind/encouraging words throughout the chaos.

We also can’t thank our team, catering staff, and ride operators enough for all of their hard work to keep things running as efficient as possible throughout the day. Everyone worked incredibly hard to resolve the technical issues as quickly as we could, while always maintaining the safety of our guests.

Reviews and comments from people who recognised the chaos, hard work, and determination from the whole team really do make these tougher days worthwhile ❤️

We go again tomorrow! We’ll be back open as normal, all technical faults have now been fixed this evening, and we are ready and raring to go again! 🎉
