Next Stage A Way Forward Ltd Following the success of our adult services, we established three additional companies that are dedicated to supporting children and young people.

Next Stage ‘A Way Forward’ Ltd is a Social Care Provider that was established in 2002 and focuses on supporting vulnerable adults with complex care needs to live independently within their community. Our mission is to care for those around us and provide support to vulnerable children, young people, and adults within our communities. We inspire those around us showing that we care, we earn their t

rust, we build them up and we help them accept life’s challenges. We believe in the power of positive inspiration and the affect it can have on a person’s life. We strive to support everyone to achieve successful outcomes, and we meaningfully engage with our communities. We support individuals learning and growth within a safe and supportive working environment.

As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, the Next Stage Ramblers were back out in Warrington yesterday, enjoying some fresh air, movement, and good company together.

Sometimes taking time to get outdoors, connect with others, and slow things down for a while can make a real difference to wellbeing. It was great to see everyone getting involved and supporting one another along the way.

Julie consistently goes above and beyond, showing incredible dedication, care, and creativity in everything she does. From organising engaging activities and memorable events to running healthy eating sessions and supporting our people and colleagues with cooking skills. Julie is always finding ways to make a positive difference.
Julie has also played a key role in supporting one our people to achieve his goal of helping people living with dementia, encouraging and guiding him to turn his idea into a meaningful community project.

Next Stage Ramblers 👣🌿

There’s something special about getting out for a walk with good people and great views.

We all headed over to Roddlesworth Reservoir and got our boots on for a 6K walk, fresh air, good chats, and plenty of laughs along the way.

Days like this are a proper reset and a reminder of how important it is to get out, connect, and just enjoy the moment.

Already looking forward to the next one 👣

Last week our latest LEAD Programme came to a close, and what a journey it's been! 🎓

We caught up with participants to hear their thoughts on the programme, and Susan Thompson, Senior Support Worker at Next Stage A Way Forward, put it better than we ever could. 👆

Sense of achievement, camaraderie, and skills to take straight back to the team. That's LEAD.
