Following the success of our adult services, we established three additional companies that are dedicated to supporting children and young people.

Next Stage ‘A Way Forward’ Ltd is a Social Care Provider that was established in 2002 and focuses on supporting vulnerable adults with complex care needs to live independently within their community. Our mission is to care for those around us and provide support to vulnerable children, young people, and adults within our communities. We inspire those around us showing that we care, we earn their t

rust, we build them up and we help them accept life’s challenges. We believe in the power of positive inspiration and the affect it can have on a person’s life. We strive to support everyone to achieve successful outcomes, and we meaningfully engage with our communities. We support individuals learning and growth within a safe and supportive working environment.

The Next Stage Ramblers were back out this week enjoying a fantastic 2.5-mile walk around Hollingworth Lake!

The weather was kind to us, the scenery was beautiful, and it was great to see everyone enjoying some fresh air, exercise, and good company. Walks like these are a great way to support both physical and mental wellbeing while bringing people together. 💚

A huge well done to everyone who took part today. 👏 We’re already looking forward to the next adventure! 🥾

What a fantastic day we had yesterday at our Eid Celebration at one of our services in Bury.
The weather may have tried to spoil the occasion, but it certainly didn't dampen our spirits. It was amazing to see so many people come together to enjoy great food, friendship and celebration.
At Next Stage A Way Forward Ltd. we believe bringing people together creates stronger communities and brighter futures. Events like this remind us of the power of connection, kindness, and shared experiences. When people come together, support one another, and celebrate side by side, everyone benefits.
A huge thank you to Team Croston's for all their hard work in making the day such a success, and to everyone who attended and helped create such a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

🌱 A Huge Thank You! 🌱
We would like to say a massive thank you to Susan and the team Walnut Allotments & East Ward Growing Together for the incredible work they have done over the past two months in our St Pauls service in Bury.
What started as an opportunity for people to learn how to grow their own vegetables has blossomed into something really special. Seeing everyone get involved, sharing their enthusiasm, and even welcoming people from other services to join in has been truly heart warming.
We are so proud of how successful the garden club has become in such a short space of time. Its been amazing to see friendships growing alongside the vegetables, and hear people excitedly sharing their experiences.

Susan has said " It is exciting to see the people taking part, I love it when they all go out of their to tell me their news. It is just fabulous the way the garden club has taken off. I love it!"

Over the past week, I’ve been out and about visiting services and it’s been fantastic to see the excitement building, with decorations starting to appear and everyone getting into the World Cup spirit.
