We are absolutely delighted to share our most recent achievement of our recognition from Best Companies that we are one of the North West’s 100 best companies to work for! 🙌🏻🤩

As a social care provider, this is a huge achievement as there haven’t been many to make the list in recent years so it is certainly something to celebrate. In addition, they also awarded us with one wonderful star to recognise that we are a “Very Good” employer! 🌟

On Friday 21st May 2021 we will be informed of our ranking within the Regional list and discover whether we have also made the industry sector list - so watch this space as we are sure there will be more excellent news to follow!

Oh no! Mavis Glitterpants has made an appearance at Head Office! This morning she was caught raiding the safe in the finance office!! Who knows what she’ll be up to next 😱✨

We would have liked to give a warm welcome to Mavis Glitterpants this morning...

However, she’s been caught red handed in the finance office this morning trying to raid the safe 😮

It looks like it’s going to be a busy month for Next Stage AWF and Mavis Glitterpants, we wonder what she will get up to next 👀

Next Stage Youth Development Ltd is a dynamic and committed provider who are dedicated to supporting and empowering young people aged between 16-18 years old, to be successful in making the transition to independence.

The young people we support can be hard to engage and can display behaviours that could be viewed as challenging. We achieve positive outcomes for our young people by providing our employees with a fully comprehensive training package that gives employees the right tools needed to support the young people we serve to make the transition successfully.

If you are motivated, resilient, caring, trustworthy, reliable, non-judgemental, and want to make a difference to young people’s lives then we want to hear from you.

You will be joining an energetic, committed and motivated team in one of our vibrant settings. To provide the best service that we can we require you to be flexible and available for being part of a rolling rota working shifts, sleep in shifts, evenings and weekends. It is desirable that you hold a driving licence, however, non-drivers will be considered.

As part of our commitment to Safer Recruitment all offers will be subject to satisfactory references and obtaining a valid Enhanced DBS.
