We are searching for excellent Residential Support Workers and Senior Support Workers for care homes based in Bolton/Bury/Ainsworth/Stockport who will be paid up to £34,400 (inclusive of 2 sleep-ins per week at £55). We pay double pay on Bank Holidays and our standard working month is 150 hours

Overall Purpose of Role(s)
To provide a stable and effective service for young people within the context of the Organisations policies and procedures.
To work as a member of the team.
To provide compassionate care, guidance, effective control and support to young people with challenging behaviours, disabilities and/or complex health care needs and where necessary, work with their families or carers.
Requirements of the post
Preferably a Level 3 Diploma Children’s Workforce in Residential Childcare or equivalent
Experience with working with young people preferably in a residential home
Experience of working with service users with low self-esteem and challenging behaviours
Supporting staff with young people with complex needs, including health needs and interventions (including medication administration)
Committed to the vision of working to the ethos and culture of 4PH
To work on a rota basis covering 365 days a year, including bank holidays.
Standard shift 1 on 2 off basis 0745-2245
Sleep rate £55 per sleep

Salary: £27,700.00-£34,400.00 per year(inclusive of sleeps )
