• Time and space to reflect, play, share learning and co‑design next steps
VCSE organisations are invited to a uniquely interactive Learning Exchange session at Headspace Bolton, on Wednesday 27th May, 10:00–12:00.
This session will explore how creativity can be used to challenge stigma, bias and internalised narratives, using playful, gentle activities, lived experience and co‑produced learning. Through comedy, improv and interactive theatre approaches, participants will explore how humour can help people engage safely and honestly with complex issues.
What you’ll gain:
• A deeper understanding of internal bias and stigma, towards both others and within ourselves
• Insight guided by lived experience of mental illness, neurodivergence, care experience, substance misuse and LGBTQ+ identity
• Practical creative approaches you can adapt within your own organisation or practice
• Time and space to reflect, play, share learning and co‑design next steps
• A £125 contribution towards your organisations learning
You will leave this session with fresh perspectives, new connections and clear, realistic actions for using creativity to break down barriers and strengthen truly inclusive, co‑produced work.
