People living and working in rural and agricultural communities can face unique challenges, and it’s important that support is shaped by real experiences.

Zero Su***de Alliance is currently gathering insights to help develop training tailored specifically to farming and rural communities. Hearing directly from those with lived or professional experience will help ensure this training is relevant, practical, and meaningful.

If you live or work in a rural or agricultural setting, you can take part here 👇

May is National Walking Month 🚶‍♀️

Walking is one of the easiest ways to look after your health and wellbeing. Whether it’s a short stroll, walking to the shops, or getting out into nature, every step counts.

Regular walking can help boost your mood, improve fitness, and support your overall wellbeing. It’s also a great way to get some fresh air and take a break from your day.

Why not set yourself a small goal this month? Even a 10-minute walk can make a difference.

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week (11th - 17th May).

One in four people in the UK experience a mental health condition, yet many of us find it hard to ask for support when we need it.

Looking after your mental health isn't just for when you're struggling. Small things like staying connected, getting outside, and making time for yourself can help protect your wellbeing throughout the year.

If you're finding things difficult, your GP, workplace support, or mental health charities can all offer help.
