We’re recruiting: Estate Worker
We are looking for an experienced, practical and reliable person to join our small estate team in Lincolnshire.
This is a permanent, full-time and varied role involving work across the estate, including:
Livery, paddock and fencing maintenance
Grounds maintenance, mowing and vegetation control
General estate repairs and practical tasks
Farm and harvest support, including grain cart operation
Log processing and deliveries
Operating estate vehicles, machinery and equipment
Previous experience in an estate, agricultural, grounds maintenance, forestry, livery or similar practical role is essential, together with a full UK driving licence.
The successful applicant must be comfortable working outdoors throughout the year and willing to work additional hours during busy periods. Harvest work can include evenings, nights and weekends. The role also includes an alternate-weekend on-call rota.
A telehandler qualification and other relevant machinery, spraying or chainsaw certificates would be helpful, although training may be available.
Salary is competitive and dependent on skills and experience.
