Situated in Boston our leisure centre that caters for all individuals and provides numerous facilities. These include a 56 station gym, 2 fitness studios, 25 metre pool, learner pool and health suite. 📢 Always follow the Water Safety Code when near open water

❗Stop and Think - Assess your surroundings and look for any dangers. Follow any signs and advice
🫂 Stay together - When around water, stay with friends or family. Swim at a Life guarded venue
In an emergency:-
🤳 Call 999 and ask for the Coastguard if you are at the coast > Never enter the water to rescue. Instead throw something to them that floats
🛟 Float - If you fall in or become tired, stay calm, float on your back and shout for Help!

This (June 13 - 20), we are making water safety the heart of our swimming lessons!

We’re encouraging all our learn-to-swim members to wear T-shirts and shorts to their lessons. Swimming in clothing allows members to experience what it feels like to be in the water while fully clothed, a vital skill for building confidence and understanding safety in unexpected scenarios.
