Holocaust Memorial Day Trust has launched a new music competition, HMD Harmony, to find emerging musicians and composers, aged 18-25, whose music will become part of the UK National Holocaust Memorial Day Ceremony on 27 January 2027.

The Holocaust Memorial Day Trust is excited to launch HMD Harmony, a new UK-wide music competition for emerging composers and musicians aged 18–25.

We are seeking an exceptional creator or group whose music will become part of the UK National Holocaust Memorial Day Ceremony.

For Holocaust Memorial Day 2027, we invite you to create an original musical response inspired by the theme ‘No Place for Prejudice’.

This is a unique opportunity to share your music on a national stage, connect with audiences across the UK and contribute to a moment that helps people remember the past and protect the future.
