Hadland Employee Trust

Hadland Employee Trust The Hadland Foundation in aid of ‘families in need’ as identified within our community. Please help us to help others.

The Hadland Foundation, the vision of Cheryl Hadland, is being created to provide additional care within the local community, assisting those individuals or families who do not have the ability to receive care, or achieve emotional stability or a quality of life. Cheryl has worked in the care environment for over 21 years and believes there is much more that can be achieved to provide assistance t

o deprived individuals through the power of your donations and continued support. Hadland Care Group’s close connection with 2000 families across the southern counties means that the group is able to identify local needs and develop the charity accordingly. Donations can be made at www.hadlandfoundation.co.uk and enquiries can be made by emailing [email protected]

A bit nerve wracking as the composers are coming to the concert, but both are beautiful pieces, do hope some of you can come. Tickets heavily subsidised, so more affordable than usual and I'm sure the vocal, 'cello and organ soloists will be magnificent as usual,

✨March's Yin Inspired & Wellness Workshop✨
Often in our busy lives we find it challenging to find stillness and this can leave us feeling depleted, drained and lacking vitality and joy. Don’t we all have days where our minds are bombarded with stimulation? As a result of over-stimulation, we either find ourselves possessing too much energy that our bodies and minds couldn’t handle. Or with no energy left at all, as if our life light has been sucked, leaving us with the feeling of an empty-shell.
➿➿
This 2 hour Yin & Wellness Workshop is designed for revitalisation and to bring balance to our energy by harmonising and nourishing aspects of our heart and our entire being, offering an opportunity to slow down and connect with yourself. We need to invite and compassionately meet all aspects of our self and through the practice of yin and mindfulness, we will bring awareness to our physical, emotional and spiritual bodies.
➿➿
Deepen your yin practice and cultivate a meditative mind to restore balance from head to toe from the inside out. Yin embraces stillness and non-reactivity. Having combined patience, flexibility, and equanimity as its essential elements, Yin Yoga takes things nice and slow. Noticing our habitual thoughts, patterns and stories and working through these helps us to reveal and reconnect with our trust, whole and most authentic self. You’ll also discover new tools and practices for growing in your understanding of yin to restore and heal.
➿➿
If you have not practiced yoga before, let Yin Yoga be your starting point. It is one of the warmest gifts you can give to your mind, body, and soul!
➿➿
Limited spaces available - spaces fill up fast!
All levels & abilities welcome. 🙌
