For the first time in the history of the school, St Luke's has won the Girls Football League. We couldn't be prouder of the team who smashed their way through the competition in some really tough matches! Well done to the girls, Mr Heyward and Mrs Gomez for this incredible achievement.

We are incredibly proud to have been recognised as one of the top schools nationally for our schools performance. We received this letter from the Secretary Of State earlier this week in recognition of all the hard work of the team here at St Luke's and it has inspired us to strive to achieve even more for our pupils.

The School Council visited Poole Children's ward to deliver the gifts for the children who will be staying on the wards over Christmas. The staff were blown away by the number of gifts and the children represented the school beautifully, sharing the St Luke's value of compassion to others in the community. Thank you to Ms Bridle and the school council for setting up the toy sale and to all who purchased toys.

The School Council held a fantastic toy sale at the Junior site this week. A huge thank you for Mrs Bridle and the children for running the event and to all who donated toys. As it was so successful there will be second sale at the Infant site next week.
