The Chicago Bears Grand Tour is coming to Bournemouth!

We’re delighted to share that AFC Bournemouth, one of Coastal BID’s newest voluntary levy payers, is collaborating with NFL team the Chicago Bears to kick off their UK Grand Tour in Bournemouth this weekend! The two-day activation will include:

Saturday 3rd October | Bournemouth Pier Approach
From 11am, with photo opportunities, games, giveaways and more.

Sunday 4th October | Vitality Stadium
From 4pm, with a watch party for the Chicago Bears vs New York Jets fixture.

It’s fantastic to see AFC Bournemouth bringing new concepts and international experiences to the town, helping raise Bournemouth’s profile and creating further opportunities for the wider business community. 🏈

We encourage local businesses and levy payers to get behind the event and help spread the word!

Pumpkin Fest is back in Southbourne 🎃

What started as a simple pumpkin carving competition between local businesses has grown into one of Southbourne’s favourite events. Bringing families, local businesses and the wider community together for a day of fun on Southbourne’s high street.

Last year we had our highest attendance with more than 1,000 people who signed up and thousands more enjoying the atmosphere and local businesses along Southbourne Grove.

Since Pumpkin Fest began 3 years ago it has grown from issuing just 200 voting tokens to now approximately 1,000 voting tokens which shows just how much the community loves the event! 🎃🙌

A huge thank you to all the local traders, partners, volunteers and everyone who came along last year and helped make it such a success.
