RWL Live London ✨🤍

A full day of movement, wellness, good food, laughter, connection and the most incredible energy. From Full Body Shred and Pilates Sculpt to Glute Gains, Mobility & Relaxation, every part of the day was so thoughtfully put together.

It was so lovely to reunite with friends I’ve met at previous events and retreats in Portugal, finally meet in person the ladies I’ve spoken to online, and spend the day surrounded by such an amazing community. 🤍

The workouts with Cher Roberts and Nancy Belle Eagle were incredible 🫶🏼 The food and refreshments were amazing, and the goodie bags were the perfect finishing touch.

But it was the energy, love and community that made RWL London so unforgettable. ✨

And if you’re thinking, “I want to experience this too!” you absolutely can! 🫶🏼

RWL runs amazing day retreats and events where you can move, connect, meet like-minded people and have the best time.

Use SARAH20 when booking a retreat, or SARAH5 for the upcoming Manchester one-night events. 💕

Honestly, if you’ve been thinking about going… take this as your sign! ✨

Casey, how can I ever put into words how amazing you are?

From the moment I met you, when you were no bigger than a TV remote with those gorgeous little tan eyebrows, I knew there was something special about you.

I never imagined that tiny puppy would become my best friend, my companion, my family and, without a doubt, my baby girl.

Twelve years later, here we are, and I still look at you with exactly the same love and wonder that I did on the day we met.

Your energy is infectious. Your cheeky smile lights up every room, and you have this incredible way of making even the hardest days feel a little brighter. You make people smile without even trying, and everyone who meets you falls in love with you.

You are kind.
You are gentle.
You are funny.
You are stubborn.
You are endlessly loving.
You are one of a kind.
You are, quite simply, amazing.

We’ve shared life’s highest highs and its lowest lows together. Through heartbreak, tears, uncertainty and everything in between, you are my strength, my comfort and my one constant. Looking back, I honestly don’t know how I would have got through some of life’s hardest moments without you by my side.

You never judge me. You never expect anything from me. You simply love me unconditionally, and somehow that is always enough.

These last few years have brought challenges neither of us could ever have imagined. Diabetes. Cushing’s disease. Losing your sight.

Yet not once have you let any of those things define you.

You take every diagnosis in your stride with a quiet courage that amazes me every single day. You simply adapt, trust me completely and carry on living your life with the same excitement, curiosity and determination you’ve always had. You still greet each day with a wagging tail, get excited for your walks, and embrace every adventure that comes your way.

You have shown me what true resilience looks like. You don’t dwell on what you’ve lost, you make the most of what you have. I don’t think you’ll ever truly know just how much you’ve taught me.

Today marks another year without you, Dad. 🕊️

I was only 16 when you left us, and no matter how many years pass, there isn’t a day that goes by when I don’t think about you.

I miss you in the big moments, the ordinary moments, and all the moments in between. I still wish I could pick up the phone, hear your voice, ask for your advice, or simply spend one more day walking and talking with you.

As I’ve grown older, I’ve come to appreciate even more the incredible man you were. You had the biggest heart, always putting others before yourself and never thinking twice about helping someone in need.

You loved the outdoors, found joy in the simplest things, and lived your life with kindness, integrity, and quiet strength. I don’t think you ever realised just how many lives you touched.

Uncle Bernard called you the “Golden Boy” in your eulogy, and I understand that more with every passing year.

It wasn’t because everything came easily to you; it was because of the way you made people feel. You gave your time, your love, and your whole heart so freely. As he said so perfectly, “all whom he touched felt touched by gold.” I know I did.

Thank you, Dad, for the 16 years we had together. They could never have been enough, but they were filled with love, laughter, and lessons that have stayed with me for the rest of my life.

Thank you for teaching me the importance of kindness, generosity, integrity, hard work, caring for others, and finding peace in nature.

You continue to inspire me every single day, and whenever I try to be a better person, I know that so much of who I am is because of you.

I often wonder what you’d think of the life I’ve built and the person I’ve become. More than anything, I hope you’d be proud. I hope you can see the little pieces of you that I carry with me every day, because they are some of the things I’m most proud of.

I miss you more than words will ever be able to say, and I always will. I carry you with me in everything I do.

I love you, Dad. ❤️

Forever my hero. Forever loved. Forever missed. ✨

A hike in all seasons

My first trip up to the mountains in quite a few months, and what a way to return.

It was a chance to catch up with old friends, make some new ones, and enjoy a community hike together.

A wonderful day and a timely reminder of just how much I love being outdoors, whatever the season. X
