Why do Reform UK Bracknell use AI?

Because fake politicians need fake evidence to push their fake solutions.

Admittedly, very funny of their Chair Malcolm Tullett (former Tory Councillor if you're wondering how the local leopard spot-changing factory is doing) to claim that he "wasn't allowed" to take photos in real locations πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ

And the kicker? Mr Tullett thinks that making up fake images of our community shows that he will be "honest" with residents.

We actually know what our community's issues are, and that's why we're working to tackle them πŸ‘‡

πŸ—‘οΈLocal Labour leaders regularly host, attend and support litter picks across the borough

πŸ›΄TVP have more powers and more money for officers to seize illegal e-scooters and off-road bikes thanks to this Labour government

There's always more to do - but we're getting out there and doing it.

That's the truth and we know Reform don't like it.

Our thoughts are with everyone affected by the fire at Daler-Rowney yesterday and thank you to our brave emergency services

It's great that people evacuated last night can now return to their homes

Click post below for more details πŸ‘‡

Following the fire at the Daler Rowney site, Peacock Lane yesterday (Monday, 25 May), a number of homes were evacuated as a precaution due to smoke from the fire, which may have contained potentially harmful substances.

Firefighters worked overnight to contain and extinguished the fire. The smoke plume is no longer visible and is no longer considered a risk.

Residents can now return home as the fire is under control and there is no longer a risk from the smoke.

Some soot may have settled in the surrounding area following the incident. We want to reassure residents that we have taken scientific advice and this soot is not harmful. It can be cleaned using a mild soap or detergent while wearing rubber gloves. Surfaces should then be rinsed with clean, warm water and dried thoroughly.

If debris is found on properties, please contact your landlord, housing association or Bracknell Forest Council on 01344 786500. For their own safety, residents are advised not to move debris themselves.

During the evacuation, Thames Valley Police needed to force entry to some properties where there was no response from occupants to ensure residents were safe. We understand this may be concerning, and affected residents can quote reference number 1338 of 25/05 for insurance purposes.

We recognise that this has been an unsettling and, at times, distressing experience for many, particularly given the hot weather we are experiencing. We would like to sincerely thank the local community for their patience, understanding and support throughout.

There is likely to be an emergency service presence in the area for at least the next 24 to 48 hours, and some access restrictions will remain in place between the site and nearby homes while emergency services remain on the scene.

The safety of our residents remains our priority, and we will continue working closely with our partners to support the community as the situation returns to normal.

Statement: Sentencing of Naheed Ejaz and Diwan Khan

"Today is about the bravery of the victim who has spoken out. I want to thank her for her courage.

"While there will never be a punishment that eradicates the pain and suffering caused by this crime, it is right that both Ejaz and Khan are now behind bars.

"Abuse against women and girls has no place in Bracknell Forest. I have put forward amendments to our domestic violence strategy to make sure more people in public roles are trained to intervene when they see unacceptable behaviours towards women in public.

"I have also launched an investigation into how Ejaz and Khan were given taxi licenses, so that the public can have the full answers it deserves.

"We must not lose sight of the traumatic and frightening experience that the victim has endured. My thoughts are with her, and I thank again her for her strength in coming forward."

- Cllr Helen Purnell, Leader, Bracknell Forest Council
