Community spies have been reported to us and other authorities, to be schizophrenics responding to listening to voices and relaying these into harmful actions via other people who become involved in the person life. This can be anything from local tradespeople doing a job badly to an entry on mental health services databases. In some cases even a year after a client has been discharged. We are very concerned that local spy rings, an illegal practice, given that spying is illegal, centres around a small group of former politicians and some public figures including celebrities who hear voices about people they are illegally spying on and respond to it with reflexive harmful actions. CMHT your database as is organisation's is obviously hackable, there has been enough media attention regarding cyber crime it couldn't have been fed to the public more clearly, information can just appear on screens yes. It is deluded to think otherwise actually. This is why there is a concern. We have evidenced reports of appointments with fictitious doctors appearing on your clients medical files. These are why the rules exist in the first place, because of potentials such as these to con the system. In any case, it would otherwise be called harassment. Procedures are designed to get to the matter should one exist. Berkshire Police request that Bracknell CMHT investigate the authors, origins and circumstances of every single report made to you about each client on your records to validate the information so that this serious issue of mental illness health can be nipped in the bud. We are also reporting our concerns in respect of the mental safety and welfare of Dr Philip Lee and celebrity figure, Gordon Ramsay who appear to be continually involving themselves in innocent people's lives. This is the information we have. We have had reports about clients of yours being victimised for taking court cases against parties on the basis of potentially valid although sparsely evidenced civil means. This is not a circumstance for mental health to become involved. It is more likely the case that the parties being sued are the source of fabricated reports. CMHT, to avoid these kinds of interrogations and legal cases you should investigate as police do, all lines of enquiry when it is something as serious as the context your services become involved in, which has by default continued the abuse of people otherwise....and is the reason for the slap on the wrists you are getting. Your service should be met with greater security to ensure that it is not open to rife abuse as it currently is. Also, to remind you, this is 2026 not the 1800s. Barbaric torture as far as the 'real world' is concerned doesn't exist anymore. We will be following up this report made to you requesting that you investigate and confirm all information you hold about your clients to be accurate and just. We will also be checking that the reports made to you about parties of potential concern have also been acted on. The parties named here, appear to be the subject of problems with at least two of your former clients dating back to 2016 time period. The concern is that one or both of these people are instigating disturbing actions of harm doing on to the lives of members of the public and which is not being seen because of your absence of following or adhering to procedure.
