Keighley Town Council are holding a World Cup Fun Day at our Keighley Market on Saturday 13 June. There'll be live music, face painting, craft workshops including bunting making, giant games and a penalty shoot‑out challenge.
Bradford Live is hosting the district’s biggest World Cup fan zone showing every England game live on its big screen for free. There will be pre-match and half-time entertainment with a DJ and live band, as well as American street food and bars.
Our Bradford Markets Darley Street Kitchen, will be staying open later on Tuesday 14, Wednesday 15 and Sunday 19 July, to show the two semi-finals and the final, which all kick off at 8pm UK time. There are wider celebrations planned if England progresses to these stages of the tournament.
There will also be a Afro-English Cultural Festival on Tuesday 23 June in the Courtyard from 6pm. The event, organised by ReachArts Network CIC , will include stalls, music performances, workshops, family activities and much more, all culminating in the England vs Ghana match being shown live on the big screen. Tickets must be booked in advance for this free, family-friendly event with great vibes and community spirit.
