Good news!
Followers will recall that back in October last year Lib Dem councillors brought a motion asking Bradford Council to support Lib Dem MP Tom Gordon’s campaign to remove time restrictions on the use of Disabled Persons Travel Passes. We have just had the fantastic news that we have been successful with the Prime Minister paying tribute to his work. We will post more details when we have them.

Liberal Democrats believe disabled residents are full citizens of our region at all times of day, our policy should reflect that, on every bus, on every route, every day. Labour's West Yorkshire Mayor should act now.

The Lib Dem family in Bradford are shocked and saddened to learn Councillor Jeanette Sunderland has passed away earlier today. Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with her husband Andrew, her daughter Rachel, and all her wider family and friends.

Please check out the petition below and help us fight to make Five lane ends roundabout safer.

Five Lane Ends is too dangerous. We need safer crossings, better traffic management and urgent action from Bradford Council to protect children, pedestrians and drivers.
