Yorkshire Special Education Partnership Our focus is to provide initial teacher training (ITT) to high calibre students who have a strong desire to teach in a SEND school.

Chellow Heights Special School is the lead school in the Yorkshire Special Education Partnership, working in conjunction with Leeds Trinity University. We are a growing partnership of special education schools and specialist provisions working mainly across the Bradford area with a view to expanding into more of West Yorkshire. Our comprehensive programme is tailored to those with a strong desire

to teach within special educational needs and disability settings. For academic year 2021/2022 we are offering non salaried School Direct Initial Teacher Training places in early years and primary 3 to 7, meeting the requirements of teachers working within primary and senior special schools. On successful completion of our programme you gain both QTS and PGCE. This route enables you to access specialist training alongside a very well respected PGCE route.
