Earlier this week, our Water Adoption Engineers were on site at Westcombe Park in Heybridge 👷‍♂️

Ready for a role where you can put your water industry experience and technical knowledge to work?

We're looking for a Waste Water Adoptions Manager to oversee the adoption of waste water assets, working closely with developers and contractors.

From reviewing drainage proposals and S104 submissions to overseeing inspections and asset handovers, you'll play a key role in ensuring new assets meet the required standards and are ready for adoption.

✅ Experience in the water industry, particularly waste water
✅ Good understanding of the regulatory adoption process
✅ Full, valid UK driving licence

A new phase underway at Ledsham 👷‍♂️

Our team was recently on site in Ledsham, Ellesmere, as a new phase of the development begins.

With the wastewater infrastructure arriving on site, it was a good opportunity to work through the network design with the groundworkers and see the first pieces of infrastructure going in from day one.

With several homes now finished and on the market, it was a good chance to see the development up close and spend some time out in the field.

While they were there, a couple of checks below ground to make sure everything was working correctly, and a good excuse to catch up with the team 👷

Looking to combine your technical expertise with regular time out on site? Join our team as a Water Adoptions Engineer, working closely with developers, contractors and groundworkers throughout the construction process.

You'll inspect newly installed water assets, witness testing and commissioning, and help ensure water infrastructure meets the required standards for adoption.

We recently spent the morning on site at a development in Takeley, working alongside the teams delivering the project.

Our Adoption Engineer was there to witness air testing, catch up with the groundworkers delivering the project, and see how things are progressing.

Being on site regularly means we see progress first-hand and build strong relationships with the people delivering the work. It also means we're on hand to offer support exactly when it's needed.
