Police Surgery, 30th June 10am to 11am in Broad Oak.

PCSO Daryl Holter will be holding a surgery in the layby opposite the school in Udimore Road on Tuesday 30th June, between 10am and 11am

All are welcome to come along and raise any concerns within the Parish, seek advice or share information.

He is especially keen to hear about any concerns with off road motorcycles.

This is a good opportunity to speak to your local policing team.

Police Surgery, 30th June 10am to 11am in Broad Oak.

PCSO Daryl Holter will be holding a surgery in the layby opposite the school in Udimore Road on Tuesday 30th June, between 10am and 11am

Brede Garden Awards
Last day for nominations for the Brede Parish Council Garden awards for 2026. Nominations must be in by noon on Wednesday 24th June
please send nominations to the Clerk. ([email protected]).
Remember to include the house name or number and the road.
Categories are Large Garden, Small Garden or Containers and Baskets.
Gardens should be visible from the road or footpath, without the need to enter the garden.

Community Spirit Award: Awarded to someone who brings a community spirit to the Parish.
Young Person of The Year Award: In recognition of a young person doing or achieving something amazing.
Brede Shield: Awarded to a person(s)/group who enhance the community
Awards will be presented at the Awards afternoon on 18th July in Brede Village Hall at 2pm. All are welcome to attend.

If you see a beautiful front garden please do send your nomination to the Clerk. ([email protected]). Please include the house name or number and the road.
Categories are Large Garden, Small Garden or Containers and Baskets.
Gardens should be visible from the road or footpath, without the need to enter the garden.
Nominations must be received by noon on Wednesday 24th June, Judging will be the during the first two weeks of July, and the awards afternoon is on Saturday 18th June in Brede Village Hall at 2pm. Everyone is welcome.
