Year 3 has a great time during their Egyptian workshop this morning! They decorated scarab beetles, made their own bread and even had a go at an archaeological dig looking for artefacts! A big thank you to Natasha from the South West Heritage Trust, the children had the best time 🤩

Tomorrow is non school uniform, raising money for the PTFA. £1 per family.

Please make sure clothes (particularly footwear) is still appropriate for school.

The weather is looking good so sun hats and suncream would also be a good idea.

We're nearly a week into Beat the Street Bridgwater and you're doing incredibly well already.

If you're yet to sign up, be sure to do so. If you don't have a card yet or you would like additional so the whole family (including the dog) can take part, collect one from the school office.

Let's see if we can take the top spot by next week. Come on Eastover 🚶

Year 6 Swimming Reminder - Water Safety

Tomorrow’s session is water safety, so boys will need a T-shirt and girls will need shorts and a T-shirt.

This is to wear over their usual swimming kit.

Year 3 had a fantastic trip to Puxton Park yesterday! Lots of fun had by all! The children were able to hold different animals including snakes and had lots of fun in the play barn 🤩

Year 3, 4 and 5 children have been working with the artist Scott Walker this week, creating graffiti murals for the school grounds.
We would love for you to see what they have produced and maybe have a go yourselves.
Weather permitting this will be behind Panthers class by the new intervention rooms.
We hope to see you there after school until 3:30pm.

Year 5 High Ropes Trip tomorrow.

Wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for climbing.

Long hair in low ponytail or low plait.

Pack for all weather as we're expecting rain and sun.

Lunch boxes and drinks in the children's school bags.

If children are travel sick, please give their medication as per instructions. A form from the office is required to administer on the return journey
