Supporting North Yorkshire Businesses To Develop Their Workforce
 
Yesterday we had a really positive meeting with one of our levy transfer partners to discuss how apprenticeship funding can continue to support employers across North Yorkshire.
 
We are currently working with partners who are open to levy gifting opportunities that can help cover employer co-investment costs — meaning eligible businesses could access fully funded apprenticeships for both new and existing staff development.
 
This support could benefit North Yorkshire organisations that are:
• Looking to recruit apprentices
• Developing existing staff skills
• Exploring leadership and management programmes
• Investing in long-term workforce development
 
It’s great to collaborate with organisations that recognise apprenticeship funding is not just about recruiting new talent, but also about retaining, developing, and upskilling existing teams.
 
For many businesses, apprenticeship funding remains an underutilised opportunity that can create real long-term impact for employees, productivity, and organisational growth.
