What's been your best achievement in our swimming pool so far this year, have you set a new PB in lengths swam? Have you set a new time for your normal lengths you swim? 🏊

Either way, we've loved seeing you all every day and enjoying all the many benefits, both physical and mental.. 🤩

We would like to take a moment to remind all of our members and guests about the benefits of showering before swimming and using all of our wet facilities, and thank you in advance for your co-operation..

Bootcamp - Mondays at 6:15pm
The first HIIT class will be held on Friday 4th September.
The first Bootcamp class will be held on Monday 7th September.
Bookings for both classes will open on the member area exactly 1 week before the class.

Just a quick note from us...
As we are now in the six week holidays, we politely request that if you plan to bring children to the pool for a family swim that you call in advance and book. You are all more than welcome to have some family fun, but booking in with us just ensures we maintain a relaxing environment for lane swimmers and avoid too many families in the family lane at once as well as clashes with aqua classes and swimming lessons.
We hope to see you all soon! Happy holidays!🏊‍♀️☀️🩵

🧐 Can you be a You Fit Hero? 🤔

We are raising awareness across all of our You Fit clubs to see how many of our members can be A You Fit Hero!🥳

To become a You Fit Hero, we are trying to encourage as many of our members as possible to click blood.co.uk and arrange an appointment where you can donate blood at your nearest donation centre. Every donation can save up to 3 lives, and make a big difference to someone in need.

If you're coming to the gym this evening, please allow a little extra time for parking. Thanks for your patience, and we look forward to seeing you! 💪

Just a reminder that tomorrow there will be a prom event on in the hotel around 7pm. Heavy traffic is expected on Coal Pit Lane. For those of you attending classes such as Pilates and Yoga, we advise you to arrive earlier to avoid missing the classes.
