This week we are taking part in Drowning Prevention week!

In collaboration with East Sussex Fire and Rescue we are delivering water safety sessions to our swim school throughout the week.

Every swimmer attending swimming lessons this week will learn vital water safety skills.

You can also stop by and check out our water safety stall throughout the week, with FREE CPR practice sessions delivered by our Lifeguard trainers during after school swimming lessons.

Freedom Leisure is proud to be supporting alongside Royal Life Saving Society UK - RLSS UK helping to raise awareness of the importance of staying safe around water.

Throughout the week, we’ll be running water safety activities in our centres and incorporating key safety messages into all of our swimming lessons, ensuring children and young people gain essential skills and confidence in and around the water.

🎥 Don’t forget to watch the RLSS UK Water Safety Code video to learn the key steps everyone should follow to stay safe around water.

By working together, we can help educate and protect our communities, giving everyone the knowledge they need to enjoy the water safely this summer 🌊
